Hi doctor I did pregnancy test in evening ( 4th day of missed period) and have little abdominal pain ( sharp) is this normal or ectopic pregnancy. Please find the pregnancy kit pic

Definitely u are pregnant
To rule out ectopic. U can do a USG
If the sac is inside uterus. No issues if not a serial bHCG 48 hours apart should show doubling

You need to a ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness and gestational sac and fetal pole and cardiac activity tomorrow.
Next Steps
Do a serum BetaHCG today and again after 48 hours. If titres are not doubling then it could be ectopic pregnancy
