Did I pick off a melanoma? What to do?
Please help! I was in a BAD place a couple of months ago and freaked out over any moles that looked less than perfect. Long story short...I scratched them off.
My head is in a better place now, but I cannot move on from this due to the fear that I might have picked off a melanoma! One of the moles I scratched off was so dark it was almost black! It was on my thigh, It’s only the colour that worried me....and the fact that I’d never noticed I’d never noticed it before. Would I know if it wasbad
