Did ECG and ECHO RESULT - GRADE1 MR

I got left hand pain & little chest pain..so went for echo & ECG ....Is it normal to have GRADE1 MR/TRIVIAL AR. ..And mild TR..Please suggest

Obviously it is not normal to have grade 1 MR and mild TR but it depends on the echocardiographer to calculate it. It's very much a subjective thing. But in your case your symptoms ( left arm pain and chest pain ) are not going in favour of the Echo finding. So please relax it's normal.
