Diaturbed sleep
I would lyk to know from Dr Rohit Kothari whom I had contacted a few days back for d same issue dt even after following sleep hygiene I could not get good sleep last night..so what Shud I do about it...n I m feeling a bit of headache .

Hello, Disturbed sleep can cause headache. Sleep hygiene usually helps in case of problem related to only sleep. If there are associated symptoms affecting your sleep than those symptoms need to be treated along with sleep hygiene.

The reasons for not getting proper sleep need to be worked out. In most of the cases sleep disturbance is due to one or the other reason. Depending upon the severity of the symptoms & duration since when you are facing the problem you are supposed to contact a psychiatrist at the earliest to get help.

Sleep Hygiene is a habit you need to learn like riding a bike, though if you continuously think of not getting a sleep you will hardly be able to get your sleep.
