Diastolic dysfunction
ECG report mentions diastolic dysfunction. The patient has heart ailment, but nothing recent. He had a heart attack in 2006, and has not faced any issue in the past 11 years.

It must be echo and not Ecg report. Most of the people above 40 year and all patients with cardiac illness will have diastolic dysfunction and by and large independently it does not mean anything
