I've had diarrhoea for past 3 weeks. Been nauseous and can't eat. Feel weak ...like I can't stand up...light headed...and my ankle and knee are suddenly paining a lot.

You. Are having diarrhoea since 3 weeks . Have you consulted any doctor near by your home . You must see a near by physician as soon as possible. In the mean time take ORS prepare 1 litre and take 50 -100ml after every loose motions , take bananas, khecheri , sago , if advise admission please agree for proper treatment and I V fluids.
