Hi there.. I can understand your worry.. chronic diarrhea for one month could be due to irritable bowel syndrome, parasitic infection, inflammatory bowel disease, small bowel bacterial overgrowth.. even your liver enzymes are raised.. please consult gastroenterologist for further evaluation and management..
