Diarrhea issue
I’ve had diarrhea for 4-5 days...when is too long for this? Have stomach pain, nausea and tiredness. Just getting over an upper respiratory event as well.

I would advise you to stay well hydrated. Kindly have ORS supplementation to make sure that you're rehydrated and that there's no electrolyte imbalance. These following steps may help: - Have a liquid diet of soups and juices for the next few days as it may be difficult for your body to digest solid food and slowly increase the consistency based on how you're able to tolerate it - Avoid spicy, oily, fried, deep fried and junk food - Do not skip meals - Stay well hydrated, Aim to drink 3 liters of water per day
