Diarrhea and vomiting leading weakness.
Im suffering from diarrhea and vomiting from quite since days. I cannot eat or drink anything which leads to weakness. Throughout the day I fell fatique and also I'm on homeopathic medication for some other problem. Also im suffering from acidity.
