I have miled diarhia daily so dr told me to do stool test reports are RBC 1-2 pue cells 2-3 epithelial cells - 3-4 reaction -acidic plz see the attached full report 1 month ago successfully treated with H pylo infection is it anything serious ...please answer 🙏🙏
