I am using diaper for baby ONLY at night time to avoid diaper rash. What to use at day time ? This is winter season.

Try reusable cloth diapers made of organic cotton like superbottoms,etc which are not only eco-friendly but also have waterproof pants .you can wash inner liners and it comes in different sizes
