Diagonise the problem
Six months ago i have done 18hrs bus journey.after travel itching started in my groin area and panty line.gradually it increased.And normally it would be good.but if i wear any silk pants itching starts again..and that groin area is scaly and rough sometimes sometimes after scratching a powdery layer falls.and now groin area and private parts became dark now.so what could be the reason.please help with medications

It can be due to fungal infection but cannot say surely as there are no pictures attached. A proper examination is required for the proper diagnosis.
