Hello mam
Only thing which u have to prevent is hard stools.
If stools will be hard then pt. Ll have symptoms like bleeding while passing motion.
Life style modification is most important like high fibre diet n plenty of fluids.
If hard stool occur then take laxative atleast 30 ml at a time..
