Diagnosis is
Doctor I am experiencing irregular heartbeat with dizziness and sometimes breathlessness. I had done my ecg tropinin i and stress echo which were all normal 2 months back.i also did my ecg in October which was normal but I wasn't feeling irregular heartbeat at that time.. When I sleep I sleep peacefully and my parents say they didn't notice anything abnormal while I am sleeping . So is it all psychological or something else

At your age I don't suspect any cardiac problem. your all investigations are also normal so It seems psychological anxiety issue.
