I am suffering from severe pain in the right side of my back with neck also .. I have diagnosed with AS .. I'm doing stretching exercise daily but my pain getting worse day by day should I take pain killers ? And when how to cure this type of diseases

If its AS then it has to be treated with anti rheumatic medicines..exercises are definitely required in this condition but in no way it can replace medicines..
Pls consult rheumatologist for further clarification
