Diabtese affecting foot
My father (age 55) has diabtese for 10years . He is having pain in foot for few months and now his foot have been getting numb for few days. When i massage his foot he gets a little relief. He has tiny red spots ( see the photo ) on legs .
Please suggest remedy and doctor specialised in diabtese. Please.

please get colour Doppler for vascular supply of limbs and a neurodiagnostic studies for peripheral nerves. see a diabetologist for further management
