Diabities and cancerous fluid in stomach

Asked for Female, 70 Years

Diabetic patent having some trouble in backache, after city scan/ultrasound & cytology test found cancerous fluid blast in stomach. Age 70, F, i want to know about any new tech came around the subject to cure., that caused i can start chemotherepy.
