Diabeties problem. Consulted a doctor!

Hi... I am 24 years old and i have consulted a doctor regarding the penis infection and he said that it is balanopothesis/phimosis whis is occurring by some fungal infection. He suggested me to take two tests like diabeties and urine test. When i took these tests i found the sugar content in my blood was 200mgs/dl and in urine is about 1%. And i have taken it before 50 days and I came to know it is more. But  today morning i have taken diabeties tests before and aftet breakfast. And the results are as follows Fasting blood sugar : 237mgs/dl and post prandial blood sugar : 302 mgs/dl Actually this is very high according to my knowledge Actually doctor suggest me to go for penis foreskin removal operation for the infection i have got and it is coming very often ... But is there any way i can cure the infection as well by just controlling my blood sugar levels?? Can u please suggest me how to cure my blood sugar level becoz iam just 24 yrs old. Kindly suggest me how to cure my prob
