I am taking tarjeta duo 2.5/500 twice a day can I replaced it with glavous 50/500 twice a day.and also taking glimiprid 4mg once a day .

You can replace Trajenta Duo with Galvus Met. But glimeperide 4 mg is the highest dose and it leads to beta cell failure. Better to keep its dose to minimum.
