Hi.. The main cause is when your digestive system Lacks, that is when you can't digest thre meal you having it, slowly slowly the undigestive Food started accumulating in the form of Ama according to ayurveda. Than the thing start get worsen flowly your digestive organ can't digest food due to that many problems you face Like piles, fissure, acidity, gases, bloating, headache etc.
So please try to eat proper Food Like chapati, bhaji, Dal, rice and try to eat at proper time Like Breakfast @ 7-8 Am, Lunch @ 1-2 pm & Dinner @ 7-8 pm. please take gap of 4-5 hrs between each meal. don't try overeating.
Don't eat fermented food, overnight food, Bakery products, junk food.
Drink only 2- 2 1/2 litre of water everyday
Avoid eating more sugar & salt.
Do yogasana Like-Naukasan, mandukasan, Shashkasan, halasana, dirghanaukasana, Dhanurasna.
