Diabetics and thyroid

Asked for Female, 43 Years

I'm taking insulin dose 15-20 twice per day still my sugar level is 588 and taking medicine too much, my weight is under 50kg and height is 5feet4inch. I am felling too weak internally and physically also. Day by day my condition becomes.. poor.. Please 🙏help in my treatment and advise me what i have to do?

hi with twice daily of 15 to 20 units is not sufficient has it is still blood sugars are 500 + Consult and increase insulin doses may require thrice daily insulin and Oral diabetic medicines if not contraindicated need detailed history
