He is diabetc ,taking medicines now sodium very low , and swelling in one leg . how to increase sodium , no heart problem or BP. hw to reduce swelling, ht 5ft 10inch , wt 55kgs only.not able to walk properly due to swelling >symtm Balance was going now ok after teking more salt. what is your answer for his problem

You need to visit a physician / cardiologist to assess his situation and treat him accordingly. Low sodium can be treated with drugs after a consultation with a physician
