Type 2 diabetes develops when the insulin producing cells in the body are unable to produce enough insulin, or when the insulin that is produced does not work properly called as insulin resistance....Main line of management of type 2 diabetes is lifestyle modifications such as eating healthy diet, losing the excess weight, exercising regularly... And along with the combination of medications like oral anti hyperglycemics and Insulin....Treatment depends upon your overall health....Consult Physician....
