Diabetic sugar levels
I am diabetic patient . My age is 37 last 17 month I suffering this . My diabetic is type 2.. now my sugar level is level .I just using diffrent type of medicine can I use IME 9 is safe for me or any side effects

Hi.... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet .. Don't severely restrict carbohydrates; instead, choose complex carbohydrates, which are high in fiber. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise.
