Asked For 57 year. Diagnosed with NPDR with hard exudates in one eye with no Macular edema. Question: How many years or months will it take  to progress from NPDR to PDR ?

Depends on your control of diabetes and also hypertension ,hyperlipidemia if you hv.If you hv anaemia or kidney disease then progression to PDR is faster.Be regular in your follow with physician and retina doctor.
