Diabetic Medicine Heartburn
I was 2 months back prescribed to take OD tablet Istamet D-XR 1000 : composition- Dapagliflozin (10mg)+ Metformin (1000mg)+ Sitagliptin (100mg).
I am feeling lot of heartburn after taking this medicine... Is this medicine very strong ?.

Yes it can cause Gastric issue .
You can take half dose only . Tab ISTAMET DIR (5/50/500)
