Currently I am using medicine janumet 50/500 mrng and night. Also I am using jardiance 10mg only morning.last few days iam getting puss type genital skin infection. could you please replacement for jardiance 10mg and my sugar levels are controlled.please advise replace ment for jardiance.

Jardiance is known to cause genital skin infection and urinary tract infection.
Omit Jardiance &add a sulphonylurea for better sugar control.
Add Antifungal tablet to take care of fungal infection.

Genital fungal infection is common with jardiance. You need to stop jardiance and drink enough water and apply antifungal ointment. In most cases this is enough and you can resume the treatment but ensure you are drinking enough water. Incase of recurrent infections the medication will have to be changed

first you need to stop jardiance... monitor FBS, PPBS and seeing the levels blood sugars we have to decide the replacemet
if slightly high... just can increase metformin doe to 1 gram twice daily
if very high, need plan to add stronger medicines like sulphonylureas
