I have tested my urine microalbumin which is 26 nd in microscopic- epithelial cells is 06-08, red blood cells 10-15.. What does it means?

Rule out any UTI, or any other gynaecological problems, then repeat Urine micro albumin early miring or 1st morning sample. If still high then good glycemic control with good BP control and addition of ACE inhibitors would help in diabetic population
