Diabetic
I am 55 years old diabetic since 2013 suffering from nerve pain in legs and frozen shoulder due to which I can not walk for more than 100 meters at a stretch nor can I stand for more than 15 minutes.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
What medications have you been taking?
Is there any investigations that you have undertaken?
Kindly take a multivitamin like tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food . Have a high protein diet. Have lots of greens,fruits and vegetables.
As for your frozen shoulder kindly consult a orthopedician and also get a MRI shoulder joint done.
Kindly consult a orthopedician in person with the reports.
