Diabetic individuals are more prone to urinary tract infections. First we need to check if her blood sugar levels are within normal range.
Later, urine culture and sensitivity test should be done to provide accurate treatment.
Better to consult a physician offline to have detail check up
Hi., I can understand your concern
Make sure her sugar levels are normal, if not kindly share her sugar levels and medicines.
Fever can be due to UTI, for that take tab uribid 100mg and urispas twice a day after food for 5 days
