Hi, My wife has got pregnant. This is her 2-3rd week of pregnancy. She is having diabities type 2 with sugar levels 180 and 250 (fasting and post food). Please suggest what preventive actions we should take.

That's high , u need to take medication apart from regular walks and diet control.
