Diabetic and hypertension
My blood level has dropped to 7 , last February it was 8.6 now it had gone down again . I have taken dexorange syrup after consulting my diabeltologist but still no improvement what could be the reason , I don't have any external injury , let me know what to do and whom to consult ?

Please check your peripheral blood smear, iron profile, vitamin b12 levels , occult blood in stools and review. Take green leafy vegetables Iron rich foods Iron supplements
