Although your hba1c is suggestive of diabetes. I do not know if you have any symptoms. The fasting and pp do not suggest overt diabetes. It is better to repeat the tests in 3 months if no symptoms.
The elevated TG is probably because of diabetes.
Also would need to know family history. Medication etc.
