Diabetes - food to take and avoid.
On behalf of my mother, she is 56 years old and has diabetes. Please suggest on the food that she can take and foods to avoid.she is vegetarian.she had sugar level of 225 mg/dl after breakfast.

Stop sweets and sugar intake. You may use artificial sweeteners. Avoid rice and potato, avoid sweet fruits like Mangoes, Banana, Chiku and Grapes. Other fruits you may have in moderation.
