  4. Diabetes diet. Level. please its urgent.

Diabetes diet.
My Fathers diabetes test results say that his diabetic percentage is 9.5 which is more than uncontrollable limit. Can someone please help me with a effective diet plan and some any particular medicine to bring down the sugar level. Please its urgent.

Hba1c is high.. Target is < 7. Suggest to start tablets twice a day.. Seeking a diabetologist advise.. If still uncontrolled ideal to start a single dose long acting basal insulin at night.. Diet to avoid banana., juices, sweets and sugars.
