Any branch in ahmedabad .when diabetes diagnosed on 8july.that time it was 280/380.now it is 110/180.but my weight lost 12 kg during 2 month.how to gain weight

The weight that you would have lost because of high sugars should have been regained with control of blood sugars.
U must be following diabetic diet and lifestyle changes that too can lead to weight loss but not this much.
There are some drugs that can cause weight loss or there might be some other reason for weight loss.
A detailed history and review of lab reports is needed.
