Diabetes chance
I have cravings for sweets and generally consume at least one type of sweet everyday - gulab jamun, ice-cream, kulfi ,etc. I don't have any health issues as of now, but is there a chance of diabetes? what should be the amount of sweet intake i should follow to prevent diabetes?

There is no recommended intake for sweets to prevent diabetes. Please take a healthy diet with regular exercise to prevent diabetes and having sweets in moderation would not lead to diabetes. Thank you!
