Diabetes: Blood Sugar
How often should I test my blood sugar, and what should I do if it is too high or too low? Are there home kits to check blood sugar levels?

It depends on the type of diabetes you have( TypeI or TypeII) and whether or not you are on insulin. If you are on insulin then the frequency of testing blood sugar depends upon your readings and Hypoglycemia. There are plenty of companies that manufacture glucose testing meters. Which should be available at your local chemist.
