On 19aug at 6 pm suddenly felt weak, confused while on walk. Came home. Morepen shows 70. Quickly took sugar, jam to overcome. In 20 minute morepen reading 120. Now confused what to do.

You are going into hypoglycemia. Your medicines need to be modified. The dose of glimeperide needs to be reduced and substituted with better alternatives
