Dhs surgery
Some days before my father fell and broke his hip at trochanter, Intertrochanteric fracture treated with DHS surgery 2 days before , but doctor haven't place the hip at proper place , trochanter was rotated by fracture ,doctor didn't rotate his bone , instead did Dhs surgery and are now discharging the patient

The fracture will eventually heal. You should wait till the fracture fuses completely. What are your actual concerns ?
Do not judge the surgery just looking at the x ray.
