Dear Doctor,
My wife was tested positive and completed quarantine. Our family doctor had prescribed Dexsona 0.5mg for 10days.
Is this tablet safe. I heard it's causing balck fungus .
What precautions to be taken doctor?

If there is only mild fever and there is no difficulty in breathing and saturation is more than 95%, then you don't need steroid (dexona). Dexona at 0.5 mg is very low dose and it's not going to cause any harm however it's not going to cause any benefit too
