Hi.
Give Syr Zentel 5 ml at bedtime after food and another 5 ml after 1 week.
Repeat the dose once in 6 months

Give syp Albendazole(200/5) 10ml at night followed by 10ml after 2weeks as a part of treatment

you can deworm the child every 6months with single dose Albendazole
