Hey there! I understand that you have been going through multiple concerns. From how you have described these questions, I do feel like these are extremely serious concerns and that it requires immediate attention. However, let me tell you that you are already half way into managing your concerns since you have reached out for help.
I am afraid that a lot more detailed information is required before we conclude that your concerns are disorders. There are specific testing and assessment scales that help mental health professionals decide how severe an individualâs concern is. So unless you visit a therapist it is difficult to say what exactly is going on. However, let me tell you that you do not have to be disheartened. A therapist will be able to look into your concerns in a detailed manner and formulate a specific treatment plan and guide you to manage your struggles a lot better. There are different types of therapy including CBT more popularly known as cognitive behavioural therapy and many more and your therapist might be able to help you with the same. So do consult a therapist as soon as possible. It is extremely important that you take care of your wellbeing!
However here are a few things you can do to manage your anxiety and mood:
Practise Mindfulness- Even about ten to fifteen minutes of mindfulness a day can have amazing effects on managing your stress. This helps you focus on the present moment and not worry about things that are not under your control.
Reach out to friends and family for support- Your friends and family will always hear you out and support you through your tough times. Talking to them will make you feel like you belong and give you a sense of security.
Practise some easy grounding techniques- If you either google or check on youtube for some easy grounding techniques you find many exercises that will help you calm down during stressful periods.
Stay Strong, you have got this!
