Developed PIH after Q switch 1064+532
I was treated for speckled nevi with q switch 1064+532 which has resulted in PIH. It's been 5 months and still not much improvement after salicylic peels and Hydroquinone treatment. Can anyone please advise if another laser with mild settings will help to cure this??

If it’s PIH following a laser session, it has to be treated immediately and appropriately for good resolution. Alternatively we can do only a 1064nm without 532nm and then maintain with a few creams to get lightening of the lesions.
