Detected anaemia
My lo who is 10 months has been prescribed Tonoferon by her paed. The taste is extremely bad. Just want to know are their any side effects of that dropservice, read somewhere that Itonight give convulsions. So was worried.

Firstly,don't give iron supplement blindly,get iron levels checked by lab tests,otherwise may harm the child. No,it doesn't cause serious side effects if given under medical supervision,in the right dose and duration
