I am 26 years old . i trying for pregnancy. I have a dermoid cyst ( 14.1 mm/10.5 mm) at left ovary. Is it a big problem for pregnancy? What should we do?

Dermoid cyst is usually high mobile chances of torsion always so consult to your gynecologist and ask her opinion whether surgery is required or not.My opinion is go for surgery.
