There are better products than this. A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing. You can also use some good home based therapies from olden days as it works well for babies. You can meet a qualified Dermatologist with MD/DNB/DDVL/DVD degree for proper examination.
