I would suggest you to immediately visit a doctor (preferably one with a specialisation in general medicine) and get your physical health checked for possible issues like hypertension, hypothyroidism, vitamin deficiency, gastric conditions etc. Once your physical health issues (if any) are diagnosed and managed, or if you are cleared on that count by the doctor, please visit a psychologist to manage your stress and overthinking. It is very likely that your physical issues are triggering mental health conditions or even vice versa.
