Depression or repetitive sadness
I have been going through low confidence & self esteem for a long time. I am a graphic designer/artist pursuing masters. I am very empathetic towards other but I do not share my thoughts with anyone. I have a tendency to make things very formal or serious when it comes to meeting new people especially in office where I am an intern. Offices have been a big trouble for me everytime because I never know what to speak, how to have fun or how to not overanalyze things. I always end up being the silent one whom people talk to be just social and then there is an awkward silence. I am a workaholic too and have very high dreams for myself. I want to be recognized but end up being alone. I act very independent and helpful though I just enjoy being alone. I end up crying every now and then because of no reason and I am unable to share of explain my situation to anyone despite Many attempts. I leave it halfway thinking there is no point in saying or doing anything.

Hello there, thank you for such detailed description of your difficulties. You have mentioned that these have been present for long and its quite apparent how these cause impairments in your capacities to utilize your potentials effectively. I would strongly suggest you to visit a psychotherapist , who would be able to guide you effectively, help you become more aware of the reasons for your difficulties and guide you in how to modify your behaviors, thoughts and emotions to overcome these.
