Hi, my problem is I don’t know what is my main problem. Imm dissatisfide with myself. But I just don’t have the motivation to become a better me and that frustrates me because I know I have to be better. Ever since I came back to Japan, I don’t have much friends and I work a lot, I don’t have anytime to talk about other stuff that doesn’t stress me. So basically, I’m feeling sad, restless and everything bad because of the little things that are happening to my life.

Kindly screen yourself for clinical depression. Do a self rating test of depression like Zung's self rating depression scale which you can easily find online and if its indicative of moderate to severe depression consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment.
